Cheesy Kale Chips

Made organic raw vegan cheesy kale chips today with my dehydrator ;)
AMAZING!


1 bunch of Kale , curly or dino - I used dino
1 cup of raw cashews, soaked for 2 hours
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 lemon, juiced
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
1/2 teaspoon Himilayan sea salt

Remove stems and tear kale into bite sized pieces (after washing of course).
Grind cashews then blend with rest of ingredients in blender until smooth.
Using hands, massage blended coating on to kale evenly.
Dehydrate at 105 degrees until coating is dry (do not layer).

Mine took about 6 hours
