Tarte

I have been looking for a new natural tinted moisturizer for a while now and I FINALLY found it!! Tarte cosmetics.....and I am loving more than just their tinted moisturizer. My personal fav being these Amazonian Clay products. Plus everything is free parabens, phthalates and synthetic fragrances just to name a few.

The tinted moisturizer I got is the Smooth Operator in Agent 14 (AKA Disguise)

Formulated without:
Mineral Oil
Parabens
Petrolatum
Phthalates
Sodium Laurel Sulfate
Synthetic Dye
Synthetic Fragrance

Not to mention it actually covers really well like a foundation but doesn't feel thick or caked on.
I also got the Smooth Operator Amazonian Clay bronze finishing powder......LOVE! I have the oiliest skin ever, I literally look like slick Rick in a matter of minutes and with this I notice I am not near as oily as quickly or in general.
Mattifies skin, minimizes the appearance of pores and replenishes all skin types, while adding a natural touch of bronze to your complexion. This silky smooth finishing powder glides on evenly and imparts a healthy, natural warmth while the intuitive and skin smart Amazonian clay, nature's most perfect ingredient, acts as a total skin balancer by reducing dryness and flakiness, improving clarity and texture, and removing surface oil to mattify skin for a soft and flawless lit-from-within finish; all while replenishing and rehydrating skin.

Bonus: When I went to their website today they are having a sale until July 11 - 20% off!! Enter code: FRWRK at checkout ; )

Incase your wondering, my new everyday face makeup face products are as follows:
Tarte Smooth Operator tinted moisturizer
RMS beauty un-cover concealer for under eyes and any dark spots
Almay clear complexion on blemishes
AfterGlow cosmetics mineral powder foundation OR Maybelline Mineral Power powder
NARS blush or RMS beauty lip2cheek
Tarte Smooth Operator bronzer finishing powder
Tarte mascara

Peace and love,

  2. Yes, that's what I had been using was Laura Mercier and before that Lorac. Sephora stopped carrying Lorac because I was going to go back to that as I was feeling like Laura Mercier feels kinda thick or sticky when you put it on. Instead of ordering Lorac online I decided to do little research and glad I did. If you use Laura Mercier you will love Tarte.
When I say research (LOL) I went to www.christycoleman.com she is one of the leading celebrity makeup artist that uses all green natural makeup products and checked out all that brands and products that she uses ; )

Also I forget to mention under the products I now use daily the mineral powder foundation - it is still AfterGlow cosmetics organic mineral foundation powder or my Maybelline Mineral Power powder, after concealing any blemishes and before any blush.

  3. thanks! i was thinking of purchasing LM. I am now going to look into getting Tarte instead! i have such crazy skin so the less ingredients in it the better and since tarte does not contain many of the things that cause my skin to react this just might be the ticket!! thanks jamie!!
