I know for most of you that smoke cigarettes you would ideally like to quit but just find it too hard. You already know all the negatives to smoking so I'm not even going to go there. I haven't smoked a cigarette in over a year. Since highschool I was a casual smoker but was never addicted, I never bought cigarettes would just bum one off a friend or something when we are out drinking or something. Then about 3 years ago I would consider myself addicted and a closet addict for that matter, no one really knew, I was super sneaky about it!! Prolly smoking 3-7 cigarettes a day. That only lasted for a little over a year thank God and haven't smoked since. I stopped when I went thru that horrible bout of non stop panic attacks and smoking one only made things worse so I had no choice, didn't even consider it. After not smoking for a month or two I never wanted to again, it's gross... even those that do smoke can agree with that.
